I’m committed to giving you practical, honest advice to help improve your Google Business Profile and local visibility.

Realistic Expectations

I’ll do my best to identify problems, opportunities and improvements that may help your Google Business Profile perform better.

However, results can vary.

Google controls its own algorithms, rankings and platform changes, and your competitors may also make changes that affect your visibility. For that reason, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, enquiry numbers or results.

I will always recommend methods that are intended to follow Google’s guidelines and avoid unnecessary risk.

Honest and Transparent Advice

My aim is to give you clear, practical recommendations based on what I find during the audit.

I’ll explain what appears to be working well, what may be holding your profile back, and which changes I believe should be prioritised first.

If I don’t find a significant problem in a particular area, I’ll tell you.

Your Website May Also Be Reviewed

Your Google Business Profile does not work in isolation.

Where relevant, I may also review parts of your website to check whether your services, locations, business information and other signals support what is shown on your Google Business Profile.

Sometimes the issue is not the profile itself, but a mismatch between the profile and the website.

Additional or Custom Work

If you need help beyond the scope of the standard audit, you can include details when completing the booking form.

If appropriate, I can then discuss additional work or a customised plan with you separately.

There is no obligation to proceed with any additional services.

Access to Your Google Business Profile

In some cases, if you decide you would like me to help implement changes, I may need to be added as a Manager on your Google Business Profile.

This allows me to review or make agreed changes directly.

You remain in control of your profile and can remove my access at any time.

Suspended Profiles

At this stage, I’m unable to assist with Google Business Profiles that are currently suspended.

If your profile is suspended, this audit service may not be suitable until the suspension has been resolved.

No Guarantee of Ranking

No legitimate consultant can guarantee a specific Google Maps or Google Business Profile ranking.

Any recommendations I provide are based on my experience, the information available at the time, your competitors, your website and your current Google Business Profile setup.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether to implement any recommendations provided.

If you choose to make changes yourself or give the recommendations to another provider, I cannot be responsible for how those changes are carried out.
